This was a report commissioned for Irene Rogan’s Arts Council England-funded project, Unpublished Tour, as part of my in-kind contribution to the work, reflecting also my own practice with In Certain Places, which aims to facilitate actions and foster partnership working that can be beneficial to the creation of the arts and culture in the region.
